PREPARING FOR THE LORD’S DAY | As you anticipate our worship gathering on the Lord’s Day, consider praying for our service, reading the text for the sermon, and preparing your heart and mind for worship with the Body of Christ. We’ll be singing How Great Is Our God, Build My Life, Great Are You Lord, and Come Ye Sinners. We are starting a new sermon series this Sunday through 2nd Timothy entitled “Endure.” Pastor Josiah will be delivering a message centered on 1 Timothy 1:1-5, and we will respond to the preached word by taking part in the Lord’s Supper together.
SENIOR LUNCHEON | The next Senior Luncheon is scheduled for Monday, January 13th, at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Grab a friend and join us for a time of fellowship and fun. Please RSVP on Realm or sign up in the lobby so we have an accurate count for lunch. See you there.
LADIES’ NIGHT OUT | Mark your calendars!!! Our next Ladies Night Out will be on January 16th at 6:30pm. This month, the ladies of RLC will be venturing to Texas Roadhouse in Bountiful! (365 North 500 West). On the third Thursday of every month, the ladies of Redeeming Life get together at 6:30pm for a delicious meal and a time of fellowship. (every month the location varies.) Please RSVP and let your yes be yes or no be no for the sake of the count and working well with the restaurant. This is also a mission opportunity so be kind to your server and tip really well. MEMBERSHIP CLASS | Are you interested in becoming a member of Redeeming Life Church?
Our Membership Class is a two-week class that takes place Saturday evenings in the Fellowship Hall. This class is a great opportunity to hear about the history of our church, learn about our beliefs & leadership structure, get to know our Pastors & staff better, and ask questions in a small group setting.
Our next Membership Class will be held on Saturday Jan 18th and Jan 25th at 7:00pm. (Childcare is not provided) Please be sure to RSVP for both weeks on Realm or Sign-Up in the Lobby! If you have any questions, please see Pastor Josiah.
FAMILY MEETING | Our next family meeting is right after our morning worship service on January 26th. We will be sharing a quick financial update, giving you an update on the Associate Pastor Search Process as well as the vacancy on the Church Council, and voting to affirm Ted and Holly to serve new terms on the Church Council.
